This role is located in Boise, ID, and the ideal candidate will work onsite. Our Opportunity Summary:The Smart Manufacturing and AI Technical Solutions (SMTS) department provides AI and Machine learning systems and platforms that power AI projects, yes including Generative AI! Our team members partner closely with Data Scientists and area authorities to implement solutions coordinated with all areas including real time factory operations, supply chain, sales and more.Solution Architects (SA's) in the SMTS department guide global end to end teams by collaborating with machine learning engineers (MLE), data engineers (DE) and data scientists (DS) to provide the most efficient solutions implemented using public cloud AI tools, data warehouse platforms, and full stack web applications. Solution Architects also closely partner with our vendors to understand groundbreaking Generative AI features, releases and innovative large data processing workload management.What’s Encouraged Daily:Collaborate with project teams to build and share system designsPrototype solution implementations to verify solution direction meets business needsPerform pathfinding for new technology and features that are good solution candidatesMentor team members in all roles in technical skills and design approachesHow To Qualify:Proficient with Linux operating system for day to day useSoftware engineering background Hands on experience developing with Python and Typescript/JavascriptSolid understanding of AI and Machine Learning (ML)Container (docker and Kubernetes) experience3-5 years implementing solutions on public cloud platforms, preferably GCP5-10 years experience designing and working with data & data warehouse based solutions5-10 years experience implementing full stack applications (UI, API, Data)Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experienceAbout TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
